We apologise for any confusion while we transition to a new way of selling and redeeming our Wai gift vouchers.If your voucher was purchased through Kitomba or in-store, it is still completely valid, however it cannot currently be redeemed through our website booking system. Please simply call, text or email us to book your treatment, and bring your voucher with you to your appointment.If your voucher was purchased directly through the Wai Head Spa website and you received a unique redemption code through email, it can be used when booking online through our website.We appreciate your patience while we make this transition and are always happy to help if you are unsure which type of voucher you have.

Select Gift Vouchers from the website menu, choose the treatment you'd like to gift and Add to Cart. Continue to checkout and complete your payment. Once purchased, you'll receive an email containing the gift voucher and unique redemption code, ready to pass onto your recipient.

The recipient simply books their gifted treatment online, books a date and time that suits them and enters their unique voucher code at checkout.

Our gift vouchers are digital only and are delivered by email. No physical voucher will be provided. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or queries.
